Enjoy a day of fun
and inspiration singing African American music in community.
This workshop is
open to singers and non-singers alike. We will be singing in the African
American tradition of call-and-response; chants, calls, spirituals and gospel
music.
The workshop is held on
Sunday, July 7th from 10 am to 4 pm.The cost is $35. The workshop is held at
the Sutton Yoga Center in Sutton, Quebec.

Trisha Pope is a singer/choir conductor/sound-healer who presently directs a Song Circle at
the Sutton Yoga Center. She has conducted such choirs as The Yellow Door, Tamarack and
the Mile-end Choir in Montreal. She teaches in the Energy Medicine Program at Institute
